DEFINITION: To push yourself so hard, to reach an impossibly high standard of perfection, that you end up undercutting your own success.
DEFINITION: A state of extreme agitation developed after extended periods of non-stop video game participation; commonly affects males of all ages!
DEFINITION: To purchase a bauble, article of clothing, or major appliance, in order to alleviate anxiety or other psychological stress. Often leads to overspending.
DEFINITION: A state of reduced mental capacity, caused by an inability to think of anything but an annoying pop song, which seems to be endlessly repeating itself in your mind.
DEFINITION: A momentary break in the time-space continuum, which often occurs while showering, and leaves one wondering whether or not they have shampooed their hair.
DEFINITION: A personality quirk or habit, which at first blush seems "cute", but which can quickly become so annoying that it undermines personal relationships.
DEFINITION: The slow but steady rise of murmurs, coughs or harrumphs in audience. May indicate audience dissatisfaction, or the presence of a lethally infectious virus.
DEFINITION: A fashion accessory, or an approach to personal hygiene, which is designed not to attract others, but rather to repel them.
