DEFINITION: v. To look up your own name on a search engine. n., The practice of using a search engine as a tool for self-realization, or perhaps just self-gratification, by repeatedly searching for information about yourself.
DEFINITION: n., A stylized form of argument, common among politicians, lawyers and married couples, where the parties state and restate their positions until the opponent is exhausted. v. tr., To argue by simply restating your position over and over again.
DEFINITION: v. tr., To invade another person's personal space by sitting, standing or hovering unnecessarily close. n., A person who habitually stands or sits "uncomfortably close" when communicating with others.
DEFINITION: v. intr., To say what you're thinking without thinking about what you're saying. n., A person who says whatever comes into their head, regardless of where is comes from, or where it's going.
DEFINITION: v. To methodically read the magazines dedicated to the opposite sex in an effort to sensitize yourself to, and learn how to manipulate, their needs and aspirations. n., A person who studies gender differences in order to exploit them.
DEFINITION: v., To share your feelings with a customer service representative by using a perceived product deficiency to express your own sense of inadequacy and/or deep seated rage against the world. n., An irritating or annoying customer.
DEFINITION: v. To pig out at your desk right before a business lunch, so you'll be satisfied with a salad and water at the restaurant, and create the impression that you're not a glutton. n., A secret snack taken to strengthen one's resolve not to eat too much while others are watching.
DEFINITION: v. To prepare or process food in a manner that renders it unpalatable, indigestible and completely inedible. n., Food which has been prepared in such a way that it is unfit for human, or even non-human, consumption.
