He hadn't noticed when his address book suggested the wrong name. His flaming email about his manager, instead of going to his friend Jim Goodguy, had gone to his boss James 'Jim' Hangnail. Before he took two steps out of his office his phone rang. To errmail is human but to undo would be divine.
Etymology: err: error. Also a sound in this case - "rrrrrr" mail - Referring, in this case, to the act of emailing.
