Sentence: Stanley was almost comatose listening to Andrea's endless prattle about her day at work. "And then, you know that Linda I told you about in accounting, well, that snob never said Good Morning to me and like, what did I ever do to her? And then Josh, the cute electrician told me I had nice hair and like Linda was sooo jealous..." Poor Stanley, he was a captive audience, being an inside cat in a one bedroom apartment, jailed with a self-involved airhead like Andrea. Oh sure, she fed him, cleaned his stink box and rubbed him on the chin like he liked, but seriously. How much more of being emceeyammer could he take? Granted, he slept 16 hours a day and therefore snored through most of her tirades, but she needed one of her own species. Maybe he'd sign her up on-line for a singles club. In his own lethargic manner, Stanley was getting fed up. Oh no, here she comes again...it's yammer time!

Etymology: Emcee (MC or Master of Ceremonies, Ringmaster, Host) & Yammer (to whine endlessly) & MC Hammer (Performer in the late 80's and early 90's who's most most famous song was "U Can't Touch This" and was famous for baggy Hammer Pants.)
