Pronunciation: ka/vet/ch/twa/n/tee/too

Sentence: Matilda loved to hold long, self-pitying diatribes about her inability to lose weight while holding forth at a table with a hot fudge sundae (and a diet soda) in front of her. Her friends had all noticed the kvetchtwentytwo, but knew that without her weight as a topic, Matilda would invariably switch to complain about the bad boyfriend she kept going back to.

Etymology: Kvetch from the Yiddish word for whining and Catch 22 from Joseph Heller's book about situations that feed on themselves.
