Sentence: Chef Getty Long is the Head Chef at the United Nations. Being part of such a diverse group of people, he has had to create many recipeace from many sources to make everyone there happy. Each time a war (or military action as it is called) breaks out, he racks (ok, Iraqs) his brain to come up with a dish that can calm tempers and be inclusive of others. He has made Lemon Kurd Tarts, Nicaraguacamole, Falkland Good Mutton Stew, Chowkoslawvakia, Chow 'N' Lie, Nepalitical Lamb-a and Talibanana Cream Pie. In all his attempts the easiest side dish was this recipeace: 1 cup Green Giant frozen Petits Pois; 1 tablespoon butter; one half cup water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook on stove for 5 minutes, drain and serve with main dish. It's called Peas On Earth and everyone should try some...the sooner the better!
