Sentence: Not again, Phil thought. He had sent another eregretmail last night and just realized it when he signed on this morning. They should have designated e-mailers when you were too stupified to know what you were doing...it could well save lives, jobs and relationships! SOmetimes using the recall button worked, but most times it was too late. How does one unsay a word, unwrite a stupid thought and/or unaccuse your girlfriend of infidelity??? Yes, at the very least there should be a 24 hour delay button, which would allow you to think twice about what you are sending out, once you sobered up and/or calmed down! Yes, computers were just too e-motional!!

Etymology: e (referring to electronic or computer activity)& regret (feel remorse for; feel sorry for; be contrite about) & e-mail ((computer science) a system of world-wide electronic communication in which a computer user can compose a message at one terminal that is generated at the recipient's terminal when he logs in. Note I had thought e-gretmail, but people would wonder how a tall white bird from the tropical areas could put bad thoughts on its computer!

Sentence: Having spotted Tiffany's email on Loretta's Blackberry while she got up to get her Latte, Josh made a point to memorize it. Tiffany was the girl of his dreams, though to her he didn't exist. Later that night while on the computer, just to see what it felt like, he put in her email addy and began typing as if they had just spent the most passionate evening together. He got so into it that when done, instead of hitting the X to delete, he hit SEND out of habit! He went into instant interfret, began sweating profusely and decided he would claim it was just an assignment due in his psychology class, and thank Tiffany for helping him with his grade. Her "reaction of disgust" "was just the A" he was "looking for," he said in response to her disgusted email.

Sentence: After a really bad day at the office, when his boss had not been off his back all day, Jack decided to finally open the bottle of whisky his mum had given him for his birthday back in July. Before long the bottle was half empty and he thought (in his drunken haze) that it would be a great idea to email his boss and tell him exactly what he thought of him. However the moment he clicked the send button he suddenly realised what a worldwidewhoops he had made and immediately started to write out his resignation ready to put on his desk first thing in the morning!
